Refund policy
Our biggest priority at Photo Koala is your happiness. If you are not happy with the quality of your order, contact us within 7 days and we will reprint it for you.
Once the order is received, Photo Koala technician will inspect photos for potential color issues, but Photo Koala cannot be responsible for low image quality resulting from inadequate resolution or improper exposure.
Customer is responsible for the uploaded image quality, sharpness and the details. If blurred or dark image is uploaded, we will produce image as is.
For the orders under $15 we can offer the refund and for the orders above we can arrange a reprint or website credit for the future orders.
Faulty or Damaged Prints
If an item arrives and the packaging or the prints itself are damaged, please take a photo showing the damage and contact us immediately at help@photokoala.com and our team will be happy to help you.
All photo prints and photo magnets should match the products portrayed on our website during the photo uploading and edit process. If you are not satisfied with your print due to any misrepresentation of appearance, please contact us at help@photokoala.com so we can investigate further and arrange a reprint for you.
The customer is responsible for checking the order as soon as possible after delivery for any damage, misprints or other errors. Any claims should be made within 10 days after the order is send by our printing lab.
Cancellations or Changes
You may cancel or make changes to an order on the day of the order. Since most orders are printed within first 12 or 24 hours after the order is placed, if you make change or cancellation 24 hours after you placed the order, your order is usually dispatched and cancelation will not be possible.
If order is already produced, we can't cancel the order since it's custom made for the customer.
